What the Chatbot Can’t Do
The chatbot provides guidance and safety tips, but it cannot:
Access your personal accounts on other websites
Change your passwords and clean your phone
Resolve billing issues
Make changes to your Futureproof account or subscription
How to Use the Futureproof Chatbot
Go to the Digital Assistant for Online Safety section on your dashboard and click Ask AI Assistant:
Choose a language, click Ask, type your message, and click the arrow to send it:
Once you get a reply, you can also have a transcript of the conversation sent to your email.
Select the email icon in the top left corner of the chatbot, enter your email address, and click Send.
Privacy & Safety
Your conversations stay private and are only used to answer your questions in the chatbot. They are never shared publicly.
