If you no longer want to continue your Futureproof protection plan, you can cancel your subscription from the My Account page.
How to Cancel Your Subscription — Step-by-Step
Log in to your Futureproof account.
Click the Active Subscription button in the yellow bar at the top of the screen. Or select My Account.
In the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription.
What Happens After You Cancel
After you cancel:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to your Futureproof protection features during this time.
You will no longer be charged after the billing period ends.
Once the billing period ends, you will no longer have access to this functionality:

Weekly and monthly safety reports
You can still log in to your account and view the My Account page and its sections even after canceling your subscription.
Can I Reactivate My Subscription?
No. Once a subscription is canceled, it cannot be reactivated. If you decide to subscribe again later, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Please note that prices may be different at that time. To keep your current pricing, it’s best not to cancel your subscription.
