How to Log In
Go to the Futureproof website (https://futureproof.app/).
Click Sign In.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Click Send me sign-in code to receive a code in your email.
On some phones, the code shows up automatically on the sign-in screen, so you can enter it with one tap.
If it doesn’t, go to your email inbox and look for an email from Futureproof titled “Sign-in to Boundly.com.”
If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
In the email, either:
Use the code shown in the email and enter it on the sign-in page, or
Click Enter my account in the email to access your account.
If your code isn’t working or your sign-in link has expired, just click Send Me Sign-In Code or Email Me a New Link to try again.
After you log in, you will stay signed in for up to two weeks.
During that time, you can open the Futureproof website and access your account by clicking Sign In without requesting a new sign-in email.
After logging in, you will be taken to your Futureproof dashboard, where you can manage your account and view your protection features.
What to Do If You Can’t Log In
If you cannot log in to your account, check the following:
Make sure you entered the correct email address and code. Use the same email you signed up with.
Check your inbox for the sign-in email, and look in your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it.
